Hit a few goals today, and I’m absolutely elated. New high weight (ever) in chest work and back work, and increased my number of push-ups by 1/3rd. 9 of the last 11 weeks I’ve hit my fitness goals (stupid vacations!), and this week I both added a day to my workout goal and added the hardest thing for me: dietary changes. Maybe it’s the endorphins talking, but I am so, so happy right now. Couldn’t have done any of it without my own personal cheerleader, the best husband in the word. Tomorrow we hit 26 months, and you are still my everything. I love you, sexy-pants.
